Its Regionals time of year again!

Please download the Entry Form here for this year's Wellington Regional ITFNZ Taekwon-Do tournament. Please get a heap of these filled in and return it back to your instructor before the 20th May.

Parents of all Miramar TKD members are most welcomed for assistance with officiating, please let ?subject=Regional Tournament Official enquiries">Mr. Nick Lourantos know for your interest.

We are going to have a couple of different aspects this year by request
*Pre-Arranged Sparring - rules to be circulated in due course.
*Power and Specialty for Coloured belts - Modified Techniques for under 18's will be notified in due course.
